Providing an email address is completely optional.

We don't ask for your child's name, medical records, school records or government identification. You decide what you're comfortable sharing.

Your responses are used only to improve HappyNest and better understand the needs of families.

We will never sell your personal information, and we will never share it for advertising or marketing purposes.

When we publish research, it is presented only as anonymous, combined insights that cannot identify individual families.

Your information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored using modern security practices.

Access is restricted to authorised members of the HappyNest research team who need it to improve the project.

Taking part is entirely voluntary.

You can leave the study at any time before submitting it. If you choose to leave your email address and later want your response removed, simply contact us and we'll do our best to help.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see anonymous, aggregate patterns — like which pages get visited and where people tend to pause — so we can make HappyNest easier to use.

These tools never receive your name, email, child's details, or anything you write in an open-text answer. Survey response content is never sent to them — only anonymous behavioural signals like page views and button clicks.

Text fields (like the email field and open-text questions) are masked in Microsoft Clarity's session playback, so what you type is never visible there.
